These are really lovely. I enjoy seeing these simple photographs and wondering what meaning they have.

It was a movie about a woman wth some specific desires when it comes to tattoos. The movie was just ok, but the shot of a rose in a vase, framed by a small window stuck with me. I don't remember the name of the movie, just the rose. The light, colors and shapes really made an impression. That simple image carried over to my kite making, a disciple that demands simplicity in construction and graphics. Intricate graphics are useless at the end of a kite string.

Tomorrow, I might visit a Japanese garden in a nearby town. Maybe I will just hang out at home, reading and napping.
