I have pics of the babies (baby), but haven't waded threw them all yet. I just thought these were cool and wanted to share.

I like the way they are framed, and the action in them. They really are magnificent birds!

Now that the trees have filled in there are only a couple of spots where I can get a clear line of sight, so I have to really on eagles to do something interesting. They rarely let me down. Now I'm just waiting for the babies to pop up. I've only seen them(it?) a few times.

Amazing. Me and a couple of other people sit by the side of the road every day hoping to catch a glimpse of the baby eagle. Ken was telling me this is the second year they've called our backyard home. Didn't see them at all last year. Link to his web site below. He is a much better photographer then I am.

When I was a kid, I had a teacher tell me bald eagles liked to hang out around the Stevenson Dam, but I never saw any. Impressive neighbors you have there.

I live on a lake in Eastern Connecticut. Farm country. These two took up residence in tree right by the waters edge. I haven't kayaked over to see if I can see them from the lake because this vantage is perfect, almost at eye level, from a nearby road...and I don't have to risk bringing my camera gear on the water.
