(10,618 posts)I think I like the second one a little better, but to be perfectly honest I'm not sure. I like them both. But the second one is less cluttered and doesn't have the ceiling beams, which may be a distraction. I'm not sure. Sometimes it's hard to choose.
Now if it had been two crops, I'd have gone with oats, hands down. But this choice is tougher.

at first blush I said the second one is better... but then after a good look, I would definitely choose the first to hang on my wall... the beams give it good balance and make it more interesting... (looks like the old schoolhouse I went to when I was a kid )

It is a powerful photo. It takes me back to much in my childhood.
I hope you don't mind my cropping it.

This was taken at Sully Plantation, which is actually on Dulles Airport property.
