Related: About this forumAnd something newer and a minifesto
flamin lib and I have been having conversations about Olympus and techniques. (We both use Olympus)
There are functions in the newer cameras that automate techniques that were/are often complex and sometimes time consuming.
But I digress.
We were discussing his green grasshopper shot and the ins and outs of the focus stacking function. I said I was going to play with it but first I was going try the panorama function. It was ok but I have a pano-head that I bought years ago and had not used it for years.
Okay. Let me set up the pano-head for a new lens I had purchased and the camera I had converted for IR.
So I popped out to the front of the house and did a shot of the cul de sac.
Ta-da
I believe I will be shooting quite a few panoramic IR before I get to the focus stacking. I'll save that for a rainy day.
