I especially love the second one, where he's tossing the fish in hopes of getting it into a better position for swallowing!

that would wait for the Night Heron to catch something and take it from him. After awhile the Night would catch something and immediately fly to within 6 feet of me to eat it so the Blue wouldn't take it from him.

They'll scarf down rodents, ducks and anything else they can catch. The same goes for great egrets. They're some of my favorite subjects.
