Ingredients Sliced carrots, celery and onions 'cause that's all I had plus browned pork and Lo Mein noodles.
Add beef stock simmer and VOILA! Noodle bowl sort of.

I made a pot of beef stew last night. Quite a bit left over but I had some for lunch so I'm not sure what to make.

I too take photos of what I cook and place photos in a "food" folder. After taking photos and later on not really remembering the name of what I made I started to name the photos.
