Dinner tonight, combining two things I do sort of well; photography and cooking.

Ingredients Sliced carrots, celery and onions 'cause that's all I had plus browned pork and Lo Mein noodles.

Add beef stock simmer and VOILA! Noodle bowl sort of.

I'm loving the clear bright colors and textures here. And are those chopsticks? Looks like it.

I'll bet you enjoyed eating this.

Long ago and far away I did James Beard stuff on a daily basis. Every now and then I'm moved to give it a go again.

Looks delicious!

I made a pot of beef stew last night. Quite a bit left over but I had some for lunch so I'm not sure what to make.

It's the small stuff that makes the difference between good food and memorable food.

I too take photos of what I cook and place photos in a "food" folder. After taking photos and later on not really remembering the name of what I made I started to name the photos.
