Off the top of my head, i don't remember seeing any people photos being entered.
Are there any restrictions on photos with people in them? TIA

It seems my state considers a violation if used "for purposes of trade or for any commercial or advertising purpose"

(3,149 posts)We all know there are RWNJs lurking here. I don't include photos of people because I'm afraid of what they might do with a person's image. I would love to have a contest featuring portraits, but I shudder at the thought of what they might do with the pictures.
That said, the general rule is that you can use a person's recognizable image as long as you're not profiting from it. I believe anything goes if the person is unrecognizable.
Of course, I'm not a lawyer, but I was in broadcasting. We had to deal with the same issues.
