Is it too late for me?

I'm sorta kinda hooked on Below Deck. Middle of season 1 and I'm screaming that the crew and the guests. I think I have to watch my blood pressure. Yes, I know it's reality TV, which isn't really real. And I know that even if it's not scripted, the situations and the preferred behaviors are (they are, aren't they?).

but I watched a few episodes one weekend. I find the guests more interesting than the team. What a whole different lifestyle some people live!
