The series "Evil" on CBS has me excited to see the next episode,

every week.

I wonder what will happen with the demonic sigils, and the fact that Lance has one, and he has a new Incel mentee. And it looks like David's father placed a sigil in each painting he did.

And Kristen's mother has been seduced, literally, to the dark side. I had wondered if she was secretly a part of Lance's cult before the writers started the affair between them.

Where will this go?

feet from the screen watching the newly released blockbuster 'THE EXORCIST" I have not done well with this kind of material.

I love watching it but the first time I am home alone at night and it gets dark I see her EVERYWHERE

anything scary loaded was one of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies, that was enough for me lol. BTW, I saw THE EXORCIST at the drive-in and had an ulcer attack. Then I went home to my haunted (no shit) house. I would rather have had your experience.

like a well done show. I just am not certain if I should watch it. It is much better for me to read a book than watch something scary the older I get. I hate to admit it but I am a terrible chicken anymore. Still, I bet I give it a try even though I may be sorry.

I thought images from The Silence of the Lambs were worse, because murder is more likely than demonic anything.

There have been two exorcisms on the show being done by priests, but both were psychologically explainable to anyone who doesn't believe in spiritual matters. Those two exorcisms didn't frighten me. The subtle twists in the story has.

There is a scary-looking demon in the lead character's night terrors (dreams), but she may have seen the demon image in a movie.
