(1,570 posts)with Seinfeld a very close second.
Some time watch the Cheers episode of "Jim" studying to renew his drivers license. Absolutely the funniest episode on television.

(2,882 posts)The absurdity of Seinfeld's comedy always appealed to me, I find it parallels the craziness of Python to me. I did enjoy Cheers but not in the same way, then of course there was the Kirstie Alley days, I never could stand her, even more so after knowing that she and her family are rabid RW nut cases...I grew up and have moved back to the Wichita KS area so there was lots of dirt about Kirstie and her family...they ran a big lumber company here....

(2,220 posts)I watched a few episodes of both and found most of the characters very unlikeable.
Give me Night Court, Taxi, and Barney Miller any day.

(53,758 posts)of one character from each show. Kirstie Alley's disgusting politics and Michael Richards equally disgusting racist rant.
