Actress & singer Nichelle Nichols was #BornOnThisDay, Dec. 28, 1932. Best known for her role on TV's #StarTrek (1966–'69), & films. Nichols's role was 1 of the 1st #AfricanAmerican #females on US TV. Today, Nichols, diagnosed with #dementia & we all wish her the very BEST.#BOTD
