CNN Renews 'Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown' for Third Season...

Eight new episodes of the Emmy-winning documentary series will bow in the spring of 2014.

On the heels of two Primetime Emmy Awards, CNN's Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown has been renewed for a third season, it was announced Monday.

The documentary series, which has Anthony Bourdain traveling the world on a mission to discover regional flavors, with a dash of geopolitical insight, is currently in its second season on CNN. The eight-episode third season will bow in the spring of 2014.

I am loving this new format for Bourdain especially the dash of geopolitical insight.

TV chef Anthony Bourdain upsets entire state of New Mexico

TV chef Anthony Bourdain upsets entire state of New Mexico after describing 'signature' Frito pie as 'colostomy pie' and claiming it's really a Texan dish
A Frito pie consists of a bag of Fritos which has chili and cheese mixed in

Bourdain upset locals after describing it as 'feeling like holding a warm crap in a bag'
He then upset locals by claiming that it wasn't even a New Mexico meal, but rather a Texas creation
But the sharp-tongued chef and writer also admitted that it tasted delicious

The other thing that bugged me was him hanging out with the gun humpers.
