Don't tell me how he survived as I hear that is all fun and games, but did Sherlock feel in any way bad for treating his good friend like crap?

Yes, Watson gave Sherlock a few zingers. Yes, Sherlock felt like crap. If you ship johnlock, you will enjoy their banter.

Thanks to my daughter, I hear things her generation says.

I doubt they'll go one way or another with it. But it's charming that they're dropping the hints.

The special interest in such a relationship becomes obvious.

The show is good at keeping the ambiguity. We don't know. And they will probably run the series out without it being made clear.

The hints are very ambiguous so if you don't pick them up don't worry, they're not intended to be in your face.

sexual nature doesn't really matter. imo. I've read a lot of that "are they gay?" "omg, they are gay!" pictures of them kissing, etc and truth is it doesn't matter to anyone except them and it is possible they are and possible they love each other dearly without any pda's.

I do like in the 1st episode when they are talking in the restaurant "it's all ok" "thank you" sequence. Showing people that it is ok to love someone, to be devastated when they die, is all ok without the "omg, are they GAYYYyyy?" stuff.

If they are, it is between them, so to speak, if they are not, it is between them, they love each other either way. Sorry for the rant, it annoys me, looking forward to when sexual orientation becomes moot except between the 2 (or more) people and I guess this show also works towards making it be "all ok" while still addressing the issue.

It's hoping that the characters get together romantically, gay or strait. The chemistry between Benedict and Martin is there onscreen and the fans are reacting to that, not to mention the whole show is based on their relationship. It's like watching a love story and wanting the two main characters to get together, no matter the sex.

I am glad they love each other and hope they figure out to be good for and happy with each other also. It is reading too many of the other type posts that bug me but I will look more without being so "grrrrrrr".
