I don't like Jon Voight so I punished myself by...

refusing to watch Showtime's 'Ray Donovan'.

Yesterday I had nothing going on and decided to give it a marathon. All I can say is that it took three or so episodes before I got hooked but once I was, I really was. I still don't like Jon Voight but he is a good actor and did a great job in this show. Liev Schreiber steals the show though.

Don't tell anyone but I keep welling up with tears every time I think about the show for too long. It's complicated.

Season two is coming in 2014.

I agree that Voight was good. Thought Liev Schrieber and his bad Beantown accent wasn't so good.

By the end of the season I have to say I really thought it was a strong story line that tugged at my heart strings. But I did suffer through it for quite a while before I really understood what was really going on. Then bamm I was really hooked, Voight and all.

Broke my heart because so much of it, that seemed non-sense in the beginning, was really how it was in Southie for many. There ended up being too much truth once the whole story was told. Fucking pedophile priests, worse than the mob.

I'm hooked. And as 'tough' as the show was supposed to be so much of it is heartbreaking.

I hate Jon Voight too! I think Paula Malcomson (Ray's wife) is very good too.

I like Avi a lot too.

So much going on.

I like to watch a couple at a time. Some shows I wait till the season is over then binge...lol

This season of Strike Back is going to be the last one.

I started Hunted only watched about 3 episodes, I may give that another try.

I know a guy that looks just like Antony Starr (Lucas Hood). It's crazy how much he looks like him.
