Just read a rumour that Showtime might be considering bringing back Dexter for a season 9.

I really enjoyed watching the Dexter marathon last week. Would love to see another season, but would really miss Deb.
Really looking forward to Banshee and Ray Donovan, too!

I too wish they hadn't killed off Deb. Not sure the show would do well with her gone--no one for Dexter to turn to.

They screwed up the series finale. Season 9 will suck if they do it.

I was told that a high school classmate was on the production staff of this program and that there were many recerences to my small town and many of the people who lived there. I tried to watch the program by jumping in after several seasons. I guess I'll have to start with the first season and see how it goes from there.
