Survivor: Kaoh Rong - Episode Three - NO SPOILERS ABOUT ANYTHING AFTER EPISODE 3 PLEASE!

Another example of bad play doing in a player. Sadly, for Liz, she paid the price for her partner's bad play. Peter played terribly, and Liz paid the ultimate Survivor price. Sadly, I am not sure why they evicted her instead of him, and I think it will cost them because I figure he is not one to play nicely now. He will be ousted soon.

We start with the jocks returning from the tribal where Jenny ate herself. Alecia is maybe the dumbest player this season. Instead of trying to rebuild an alliance and get herself secure, she goes off because Captain NBA tells he cast the vote for her because he promised Jenny he would never write her name down. He tells her he is a man of his word, and she attacks him for it. This was a HUGE openign for her to repair her social game, and she digs herself further in a hole with the others. Alecia is insane. She thinks she's in an alliance with Cydney, who can not stand her.

Over at Camp Hotties, Tai finally gets the idol but finds out that if you have a second hidden idol, the two can be combined to form Super Idol that can be played after the votes are counted. That is HUGE since it lets you be 100% safe, no matter what, or keep someone else 100% safe. Later, Tai and Caleb continue their bromance and pick the biggest chicken to kill. Tai doesn't want to do it, but he knows the others want the protein so he agrees if he can hold the chicken and make sure its death is as painless as possible. Its endearing and Tai is doing well, better than any other vegan has done with this issue. Nick, who would normally be in the right, is so insensitive that he turns the women against him. The three girls tell Caleb that the women are sticking together, and want Caleb in on it.

The nerds were not the focus early, but what they did show was cocky Peter and Liz thinking they were in charge. This turns off some and Deb smartly wants to align with Aubry and Neal before Peter and Liz do. Deb is just as bad at this game as Peter, but since she is an idiot and he is a smart physical guy, its clear he is the bigger threat.

My favorite part of thsi episode was the bad play by Alecia. scot is actively looking for the idol to keep it out of Alecia's hands. Alecia pulls a Russell and literally walks into the clue. But instead of doing the work, getting the idol, like the others, she shows it to Cydney. Cydney of corse tells the boys, madness ensues and Jason winds up with the idol. Wow, what a bad player you are.

The IC was not very impressive. Essentially passing three bags you get and carry over the water, through a small hole in a bamboo wall. then carry them across a balance beam and use the pulleys to bring three hidden balls through a vertical maze. they did this on Caleb's big brother season. The prizes are good. Winning tribe has the choice of comfort (pillows, hammocks and mats) or love (items they brought from home).

The hotties win it easily, in large part due to Caleb. the geeks and jocks fight it out. Cydney barely edges out Deb, giving Brawn its first win. Beauty picks the comfort and Brawn gets the stuff from home.

Back at camp, Liz wants to make things simple and is concerned Deb and Joe will mess up. Liz tells Deb to have her and Joe vote for Aubry, but in truth, they are voting off Neal. Deb tells Neal that Liz and Peter are planning to vote him off. Neal wants to vote off Liz??? Why? At tribal, Peter lays it out and says either Aubry or Neal will go tonight. He is very annoying.
But instead of a three way tie to get Neil out, its a three way tie between Aubry, Peter and Liz, There's a revote and Liz goes bye bye.

I would have ousted Peter, and I think this will cost them later, but we will see. No spoilers on next week please. the coming attraction says a medical evac takes place. If you know, or think you know what happens, PLEASE put it in another thread and call it Spoiler Discussion. I really don't want to be spoiled or discuss it here. Thanks.

She thinks Deb is masterminding everything, including the "3 second" loss!

And I think - somehow! - Alecia is THE survivor so far!

unless there was more to Liz that we were not shown. It made much more sense to get rid of Peter otherwise.

I like the idea of a super idol. It will make for some better strategy. Do you use it when you might need it or hold out for a super idol?

I hope Alicia finds one and keeps it to herself.

Peter gives them a better chance at that.

I wonder if the Super Idol will only be a reality after the merge or if there will be multiple immunity idols per tribe?

I hope he doesn't take the asshole route. Realize you got played by people that were significantly smarter than you gave them credit for and who can play a good game. Work with them to make it far in the game.

My guess is that his ego won't let him do that.
