Vote by mail notice
My neighbor went into the hospital on Monday for back surgery and asked me to bring her mail in for her. She received the notice to NOT mail the notice back unless there were any changes in her address. Otherwise it was to let her know that she in on the list to receive her ballots by mail in the upcoming elections. She is a Republican but does not vote straight party ticket. How do I know she has had signs in her yard for the Democratic candidates in Presidential elections and but will go GOP for legislative elections.
