Tucson - locally produced restaurant dishes?

I'm looking for restaurants in the Tucson area that have at least one menu item made mostly from ingredients grown more or less locally in southern AZ. Does anyone know of any places that do that?

After growing up in the S.F. Bay area where food is considered an art, Tucson is a culinary wasteland. It is sad commentary when the best pizza in Tucson is at Costco.
