But this isn't good news for the GOP's hope to hang onto the House this fall.

AP may have called it, but AZ Sect of State says...

"After the initial upload of early ballot results at 8:00 p.m., the Secretary of State does not expect further polling place results for an hour or more. This website will refresh automatically when new results are available from Maricopa County."

says

Debbie Lesko has won the election.
And the AP has called it
But only by a 6% margin in a VERY Republican district bodes well for us in Nov.

Dr. Hiperneni was a great candidate and Lesko is (Sheriff Joe) Arpaio in a dress.

Old white people who sit in their recliners watching Fox all day. I was not surprised she won. My mother in law lives in that district and is a liberal but she doesn’t discuss politics because there are some crazy right wingers in that area. When I go I keep quiet and keep to myself. If you’re not pure white you get major squint eye there. I get people staring at me trying to figure out my race when I go there. It’s gotten worst since the election of Twitler.

shows that the reddest areas are the rural fringes of the District, not the senior communities .

Been there at least 30 times it is red, tea party Twitler loving sea. There in September 2016 saw so many Twitler and Trent franks signs.

Getting within 5% and making the GOP spend there to defend it is consolation enough.
