With zero mitigation policies, Arkansas people can roam at will, spreading the virus across state lines.

Ala. finally acted, with social distancing and stay at home orders, schools are all closed, liquor/gun stores open.
But the typical attitude of "No body can tell ME what to so, dang nab it. I want my freedumb".means there are still too many people wandering around.
