I liked him when he had a brief run for the Presidency - was that 2004, or 2000?

5. They were also throwing his name around as a possible candidate for governor

back in 2002, but he declined, and Jimmie Lou Fisher got the nomination. Unfortunately, she lost to Huckabee in the November election.

3. Field offices have been working since June.

We have a coordinator for Carroll and Boone counties. He's a great guy...lives in NJ and came here with promise of money. He gets his gas bills paid. I'm trying to find him free lodging for the duration.
