can be depressing.. I can't imagine living in Seattle where it rains constantly, we all need a bit of warm sunshine sometimes.. but as badly as California needs water, its our only source unless someone starts taking it from the Ocean...and that is a really expensive process. let it Rain, let it Rain, let it Rain!
