Does anyone know the phone number to report voting probs in LA County?

Went to vote earlier with family and the poll workers said the computer that records the votes from the ballots we normally feed into a secured box was not working. They were stacking competed ballots on the side with no proper chain of custody ever since the poll opened. None the less they detatched andhanded us the numbered ballot stubs that is proof we voted, but I don't know if someone ever fed all those ballots into the computer.
