WTF, did they not think this is a deadly accident waiting to happen? And now they want a rate increase.

California agreed to increase the cost for power so PG&E can pay their bills. In this age when cost decrease we have seen our bills increase. It is time to go solar and get out of the RAT RACE.......

That company lost a huge lawsuit yet they are continuing the same criminal behavior undeterred.

When PG&E tried to cover up and hide their role in the San Bruno pipeline explosion, I was shocked and couldn't believe their heinous actions. While the PUC found they falsified records, and t's unclear how it will affect this publicly traded company. A federal judge asked PG&E to detail the role they may have played in causing the Camp Fire, which killed more than 80 people. Judge William Alsup of the US District Court for the Northern District of California said the electric utility should also explain whether "reckless operation or maintenance of PG&E power lines" sparked any wildfires and answer additional questions about power line safety and wildfires.

Considering the reckless disregard they have for their customers, and their past track record, I don't have any faith in PG&E to be honest with regulators or the federal court.
