If you look close, you'll notice the spectrum is reversed in the "ghost" rainbow

Red is at the bottom and blue is at the top. There are a lot of possible secondary rainbows like this, some specific to skies with ice instead of water droplets. But this secondary rainbow is pretty common if you know to look for it.
