Make calls against the recall with the DNC

I spent couple of hours making calls against the recall yesterday. Almost all calls go to voice mail, and you just hang up. Of the people who answered, I got one guy who couldn't wait until he got rid of Newsom, but he was polite. I had several really wonderful calls with people who are voting no. Just about all of them thanked me for making calls.

I made calls in NC for November last year and for GA in January, and the experience was fine. These calls were a lot more fun.

It just sounds so bogus. The Democrats needs to get out in the Hispanic community and paint any repuke running as a mini TFG who thinks Mexico sends it murderers and racists .

The anti recall people must go on all Hispanic media forms and fight back.

3. Was the list they provided you registered Democrats, or NPP?

Because calling registered republicans here in California is a waste of time and resources. The effort should be to GOTV for registered Democrats and NPP to vote NO

It's registered voters, for sure. If you're interested, you could ask in the training session.

The training session lasts an hour...less if you've already made calls and have the apps on your computer already. It doesn't require you to sign up for a session to make calls. That's separate. And you can do as many or few 2 hour shifts as you like.

The people I spoke to were already committed to voting no. One didn't realize the polling shows the race close. It really motivates them to get their ballots in.

If someone says they're going to vote yes, you just thank them for their time and say good-bye. You're not supposed to argue with them.
