I'm sure traffic will be horrible for a while. UCLA got trashed pretty bad.

I thought things were bad at the University where I work (Univ of Kentucky) when after downpours Sunday the pump in the basement of the Chemistry building went out and there were 3 - 4 inches of water in the basement. Then a gas line was broken during the construction of a new dorm across campus and that side of campus was evacuated.

But poor UCLA, that is a horrible mess that will take a lot of cleanup.
