Turns out, according to the 1977 resolution approving the city logo, that it too has many of these features not that anyone could tell by looking.

(78,249 posts)One of the refineries on O'ahu captures it and uses it to fuel a nearby power plant, since it is apparently not cost-effective to ship it to the mainland.
