there are places to see them that are much less crowded, like the National Arboretum, Brookside Gardens, and some neighborhoods and parks have them on the street.
I walk outside every day to avoid cabin fever and help my immunity, but I avoid people as much as possible. I have allergies so if I sneeze people run from me anyway.
