WTOP HD 2 switches format, from Federal News Network, to La Power.
It's times like these that I wish DCRTV's Dave Hughes were still with us. He died a year ago, though. He would be covering this story.
I can't find any link for the format change online, but I have noticed that change on my own radio. WTOP HD2 used to carry the Federal News Network. In the last few days, it has started carrying something called "La Power." It's broadcasting Latin-ethnic music now.
