What is the link to look for people licensed in the Florida insurance business?

I know about "myfloridalicense" but I don't see that it is specific to the insurance business. I'm looking for an old friend that I lost contact with, now decades. If she is still here, she might still be working in the insurance business.

Not 100 percent they cover the insurance but the license many professions in FL.

It’s the Department of Professional and Business Regulation.

She has a very common name, so this is a long shot. She isn't even on Facebook, but she could have married and is using a name that I'm not familiar with.

She was a bridesmaid at my wedding. It's a sin that we lost touch.

https://www.myfloridacfo.com/Data/AAR_ALIS1/index.htm

This is public information in every state. Generally, just do a search for the particular state such as: Department of Insurance Florida, Department of Insurance California, Department of Insurance Illinois etc

Look for a link to a page on the state's DOI site where you can search for licensed agents by name or license number.

Or, use the National Association of Insurance Commissioners look-up tool. Every licensed agent now has a National Producer Number.

Unfortunately, she's not on the list. Which means that she may be under her married name.
