(7,380 posts)twice elected a man that defrauded Medicaid/Medicare in the 100-plus million dollar range tells you they will continue to support him.
Nelson has been in office for many years. He is a bit bland but has done some things that many young voters don't even know about.
Still too early to tell, but this one worries me.

(6,849 posts)Hoping the under the radar voters go against him. I dont think hes going to get the independent support he used to get. Red Tide Rick mantra is sticking even more than the 75 times he took the 5th. Gillums voters will help.

This race was always going to be very close. Anyone who believed the polls giving either candidate a lead of 3+ points was a fool who knows nothing about Florida politics. Once Scott used the statewide tragedies to boost his approval rating the voters don't care about his past atrocities.
Late rallies do not happen in this state. Scott will lead early but by 8:45 Nelson better have the edge. Otherwise it's not going to happen.
