Heiress Abigail Kawananakoa is getting a new attorney in battle for her estate
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -A judge is allowing Abigail Kawananakoa to switch lawyers as she fights for control over her fortune.
Hawaii News Now has learned that Bruss Voss will be her new attorney replacing Michael Lilly.
The 93-year-old Hawaiian princess and Campbell Estate heiress suffered a stroke two years ago, which raised concerns over her physical and mental well-being. Some expressed concerns over her ability to manage the funds.
Last year, a judge ruled that she lacks the mental capacity to manage her $215 million dollar estate.
