Indianapolis Mom Sends Bullied Son to School With a Stun Gun

I knew that Arsenal Tech had a reputation as a rough school, but I don't know what to think about this. The mom says that less drastic attempts to get the school to do something about the bullying didn't work. This is just sad, all the way around.

back in the day grandpa carried an army surplus trench knife when selling newspapers on a street corner after school. Competition between newspapers was fierce in those days.
