My state, Florida, is only at 35.9% !

Your state must have more adequate health facilities and a more informed populace, in general.

I am one of them. I would like to see northern vs southern Maine. My guess is the 2nd congressional district is on par with Florida, and the 1st is in the 80 percentile..
