Sounds like there will be some tax increases. Unfortunately it looks like the regressive taxes that will get raised and not the taxes on the wealthiest of the wealthy.

Marriage equality should have passed last year, but I think O'Malley is planning on pushing harder for it this session.

But what they should really do is address affordable housing and better services to reduce if not eliminate the crime rate in various counties (PG County specifically), so unless the delegates start acting like children it's gonna be the same old same old.
