Polarizing 'End-of-Life' Bill Returns in Legislature.

'For the fourth time since 2015, a bill that would make it legal for Maryland residents with terminal illnesses to end their life with medication is drawing fresh debate in the state legislature.

The “End-of-Life Option Act,” sponsored by Montgomery County Democratic Sen. Will Smith and Howard County Democratic Del. Shane Pendergrass, would allow patients with six months or less to live to request a physician’s aid in bringing about their own death through self-medication.

The bill is scheduled for a hearing in the House Health and Government Operations Committee Friday.'>>>

If you don't believe in abortion, don't have one. If you want to spend the final months of your life in unremitting agony, go for it. But don't make those choices for others.

Don't you think it would be better to offer up your pain and suffering to the babies in limbo or the priests in Purgatory?

I'd nearly forgotten that nonsense about offering up suffering for the poor souls.

Anyway, all those who want to offer up their suffering, go for it! Me, I want as peaceful and easy an end as can be arranged.

It is the most overlooked, entrenched "moral" bias against humanity that all the Republican SCOTUS judges share.
(BTW I have an absolute fear of being taken by ambulance to any Catholic hospital)
