from Jamie Raskin:

My reaction to Robert Mueller’s statement:

“On his last day of work, Special Counsel Robert Mueller dispelled the thick fog of propaganda that Attorney General William Barr and President Donald Trump have spread over the land with their ludicrous “no obstruction, no collusion” mantra. After sending two letters protesting the Attorney General’s outrageous distortions of the Mueller Report and the public “confusion” he created, Special Counsel Mueller with this statement now refocuses America on the critical issue. The Special Counsel Report contains substantial evidence of repeated acts of presidential obstruction of justice, and Donald Trump escaped criminal indictment by a mere technicality—the Department of Justice policy that it will not indict a sitting president. Again the Special Counsel looks to Congress to act. It is within Congress’ power—and it is our solemn duty—to address the president’s serial and continuing high crimes against the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States. We will act.”
