The horror of her personal experience - and then "but my husband and stepson are RESPONSIBLE gun folk" just floored me.

I've been watching her appearances on local political talk shows for several years now. She has made a tremendous impression on me with her knowledge and passion for addressing the issues that are so important to we Democrats. She is a very intelligent, articulate speaker. I hope she runs for Governor.

as opposed to understanding the trauma she herself went through (which so many other people do, too).

If she wants my support, quit cheering the NRA and find a way to get guns out of the hands of the crazy people like her family of origin.
