Covidiots rally at Minnesota State Capital

https://www.startribune.com/two-thousand-rally-at-state-capitol-against-mandates-for-masks-vaccinations/600091872/

A maskless crowd of roughly 2,000 people gathered Saturday at the State Capitol to protest COVID-19 restrictions and vaccine requirements.

Roughly a half-dozen Republican legislators and two candidates for governor addressed the crowd, which in turn chanted "My body, my choice," waved American flags and hoisted signs that read "Stop the Mandates," "Coercion is not Consent" and "No Jabs for Jobs."

"This issue is about choice," said Rep. Mary Franson, R-Alexandria. "Only you know what's best for your health, and only you should make a decision whether or not to inject or not inject."

The statewide mask mandate ended in May, but some local governments, businesses and school districts have independently moved since to require masks as case numbers surge across the state, triggered largely by the more infectious delta variant of the virus.

Proof of vaccination is required for state employees returning to work this fall and for students and staff on all University of Minnesota campuses. The state has left it up to individual institutions and businesses on whether to require vaccinations.

Still, speakers railed against the idea of carrying so-called vaccine passports to prove that people have either tested negative or been vaccinated against COVID. Many at the rally signed a petition to ban vaccine passports....

What do those doctors, nurses, epidemiologists, and public health people know? Sure, they got all
that "book learning" but I get to read the real story on Facebook.

Why listen to people like Dr. Mike* from the University of Minnesota?

Last week he said America will have 2 sets of people those that have been or will get vaccinated and
those that have gotten or will get the disease.

Sorry, but I want my medical professionals to know what's best for my health, pretty crazy idea!

Peace

.... don't waste hospital space or a health care professional's time on them. We might need to have 100s of thousands
of these people die off and go see their JAY bee ZUSS God to burn this virus out. Good God in Butter we don't
have wards of people on iron lungs anymore.

Putin was more effective then he ever dreamed of in causing America to weaken from with in by installing Trump.

happens fast. There is nothing the rest of us can do to prevent what is coming to them, and I just want it over with quickly.

Fast enough so a vaccine resistant variant doesn't have time to overcome Delta.

His audience roared with laughter. I'm guessing the were all vaccinated,

I do agree about vaccine passports, though. As an alternative to having proof of vaccination, they can provide a high school report card with a grade point higher than 2.0
