I emailed Franken and Klobuchar against internet censorship bill

I used the form on this website:
http://www.wikipediablackout.com/

I edited the text of the letter to:
================================
Please oppose SOPA and Protect IP.

I am concerned about letting ISPs decide on their own to block websites for supposed copyright infringement. This violates Net Neutrality.

I am also concerned about making internet streaming a crime. This would hurt musicians who do cover songs. It would also hurt other people who post short videos which engage in Fair Use.

If you write them, feel free to use some of my words.

It's disappointing.

He supports shelving the bill, but he says this:

Frankly, there is a lot of misinformation floating around out there: If this bill really could do some of the things people have heard it would do (like shutting down Wikipedia or YouTube), I'd never support it. But even so, I believe we need to seriously consider the many concerns that constituents have shared.

So, Senator Franken, I would assume the EFF and the ACLU are wrong about what this bill can do?
