Homelessness prevention non-profits?

I am curious whether anyone in this group knows of a good non-profit that focuses on homelessness prevention in the Twin Cities area? I've got a real estate license in Minnesota, and I don't think helping people buy homes they can comfortably afford is good enough. I want to start giving a healthy chunk of my closed commissions to a group or groups that can help stop existing home owners from losing their homes.
