And then there are judges

Only one contested race on my ballot for court of appeal Anthony Brown or Lucinda Ellen Jessen - incumbent. Any suggestions? Actually there are two, and the other one was already addressed here : incumbent Chutich, not MacDonald

I think that there is a site that lists all the judges with pros and cons?

Unfortunately, Judge William Koch is not on my ballot. Yesterday I read that he sentenced a drunk driver, who killed two, to only four years in jail, while the prosecutor wanted twice the length.

This is something that has been bothering me, and I hope that there is someone who keeps score. The really lenient punishments on drunk drivers, often just a probation after the driver weeps and asks for forgiveness.

Four years in the jail is the same as an FBI agent who leaked documents

I think that driving drunk, whether killing someone or not, is a worse crime than leaking documents.

On overdue rant..
