Now that a federal appeals court has upheld a court decision that halted President Donald Trumps controversial travel ban, agency officials are optimistic that the drawings will be more positive.
Maybe we can finally erase the sad faces, Lacey Studnicka said after the court ruling, which kept on hold Trumps Jan. 27 order that suspended all refugee resettlement in the United States for 120 days.
