Wynn Resorts files lawsuit over 'melee' at Strip casino
Wynn Resorts is punching back following what the company described as a melee at its Encore casino over Labor Day weekend.
Wynn is suing 15 to 20 unnamed people involved in a fight in the resort lobby, according to a lawsuit filed today in Clark County District Court.
The company said it was conducting an investigation and would “spare no expense or effort” to identify those involved.
Wynn is seeking at least $15,000 in damages, along with attorney fees and court costs.
