I don't know where to put the snow . . . . .

I'm in Prospect Park. We got 12 inches so far with a threat of another 6 overnight.

I've shoveled 6 hours and have heaped the snow in between cars (on street parking) and on our actual property. The height is almost 5 feet now.

I have no friggin' idea where to put the new snow in the morning.

And dunno whether to move the car to supposedly allow snow-plowing or leave it where it is, pay the illegal parking fee, but will have my niche at least for the week-end. Once you abandon your space, it's a real challenge to find another place on the street to park again.

1. I've had that problem for about a month, in Michigan

We've had 60+ inches of snowfall, so far, with no real thaw. Even the stream of snow shooting out of my little snow blower is starting to hit snow banks. The worst thing is the huge piles of plowed snow at the intersections and parking lot driveway. In the morning I have to slowly pull into the lane to check for oncoming traffic.

We should finally be getting a thaw, next week. Which means flooding.

I am so freaking sick of snow, I could just scream. it's piled so high in places that you can't see beyond them to pull out onto the road. Today, it was 27. I actually felt warm and took my coat off while outside.

2. I agree, here in WI it's been somewhat the same

Last year was even worse. The snow piles were taller than me, and I could not toss it anymore. I give you my sincere sympathy. It's a real bummer!

And I can't see at intersections, either.

5. Same here when I started plowing the driveway back at the first snow

I diidn't push it back far enough. Now the snow is a solid block of ice, I tried to move it with my tractor and it was like hitting a concrete wall. So my driveway just gets narrower on each new snowfall.
