Bill Press show dropped from 'progressive radio'

AM1350 in Albuquerque has been a major 'progressive radio' station in the USA (according to Bill Press) but it has dropped the Bill Press Show from it's line up. Used to broadcast from 4 A.M. to 7 A.M. (followed by the Stephanie Miller show) and be rebroadcast later in the day.

It's been replaced by the 'consumer expert' radio show hosted by Clark Howard, a conservative.

Emails and phone messages to the radio station to ask why they dropped Bill Press have gone unanswered.

With Trump in the White House, we need all the progressive radio hosts we can get.

Their website still lists the Bill Press show, but it is no longer being aired on AM1350 in Albuquerque.

Does anyone know why it was dropped?

They replaced him with some poorly informed replacement who lasted half a year.
Then I switched to Bloomberg Surveillance in the AM. Now I don't have XM at all.

Bloomberg TV has great guests throughout the day and Tom has the best guests.

It is cohosted by Francine Laqua, who reports midday stories from the financial capital of London. Well, it used to be a financial capital.

Don't know if I get that on my cable,
but it doesn't matter now.

This coming week I'm cutting my cable TV (keeping the internet)
and going with the "Mohu Leaf Ultimate Flat 50 Mile Indoor Amplified HDTV Antenna".

I'll save $80 a month by cutting cable TV.

What a coincidence. The antenna problem was not too bad. It is funny. The wind is not indoors. Why is there a problem?

I don't know how true that is, but his show has been gone from AM1350 for quite awhile now. I can't handle the Stephanie Miller show. Too many sound effects.

You can catch the Bill Press Show on YouTube though.

I posted that some months ago and was attacked by a lot of folks here for saying it.

I'm not one of 'em. I do like BP's measured style and experience though.
