East Side Access Project Encounters Another Setback

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) – The long-awaited project to link the Long Island Rail Road into Grand Central Terminal has encountered another setback.
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is investigating five sinkholes discovered this month at a Queens train junction where much of the East Side Access work is being done, Newsday reported.
