The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is assessing whether the nation's nuclear power plants, including Indian Point in Buchanan, need to do more to prepare for potential earthquakes.
Plants in the East and Midwest recently submitted quake evaluations of their properties to the NRC, a requirement that arose out of the Fukushima disaster in Japan.

I have no faith in the NRC.

for quite a while.
