FREIGHT TRAIN DERAILMENT TO CAUSE DELAYS FOR LIRR COMMUTERS

NEW YORK -- Due to a NY & Atlantic Railway freight train derailment at Jamaica Station, LIRR customers should expect delays and or cancellations.
No injuries were reported in the 3 p.m. derailment, east of the station.
The derailed train is blocking one of the eight tracks through Jamaica Station.
